Aligned with “Make It in the Emirates” and Vision 2031, my work centers on building partnerships that drive foreign direct investment, industrial growth, and meaningful innovation. Through 360Disruption and its growing ecosystem of ventures, I collaborate with companies across healthtech, longevity, AI, and biotechnology — each reflecting my belief that innovation should always serve people, not the other way around. Earlier in my career, I helped scale technology firms to over $80M in annual revenue through strategic alliances with SAP and HP, and later co-founded several successful ventures in blockchain, AI, and smart city technologies. Founder’s Motivation

My motivation for founding 360Disruption came from witnessing the painful gap between where innovation is created and where it is needed most. I have worked in boardrooms, startups, and global technology organizations—but the most meaningful conversations in my career have taken place in underserved communities, rural clinics, and with government leaders who want to solve problems but lack the tools to do so.

I realized that extraordinary health innovations often never reach the people who need them. Not because the technologies aren’t effective, but because the systems to support adoption—financing, policy, distribution, training, trust—are missing. 360Disruption was created to close that gap.

My purpose is simple:
to bring life-changing diagnostics and health solutions to places where geography, poverty, or politics have made access impossible.

This mission is not just professional for me — it is personal. I believe that when we empower countries with the right tools, build local capacity, and treat governments as partners rather than markets, we unlock something much bigger than technology: dignity, agency, and long-term sovereignty.
