We Turn Breakthrough Diagnostics Into National Health Impact Across Africa and the Gulf
Oasis Diagnostics, Oludent Health, and 360Disruption unite to deliver scalable saliva testing, telehealth integration, and local manufacturing —
from U.S. innovation to GCC commercialization and Africa-wide deployment.
Innovation Alone Doesn’t Change Lives — Deployment Does
Around the world, breakthrough diagnostics, telehealth, biotech, and sustainability technologies already exist. What’s missing is the ability to deploy them where they matter most — in communities that lack access, infrastructure, and investment.
360Disruption was built to close this gap.
We connect U.S. and global innovators with the GCC’s commercialization power and Africa’s urgent healthcare needs, creating a pipeline that transforms life-saving ideas into scalable national programs.
For foundations, development agencies, and impact investors, this creates a unique opportunity:
→ One platform, three continents, unlimited impact.
We bring together:
Advanced diagnostics & precision health (via Oasis Diagnostics and partner labs)
Telehealth / Teledentistry & community-level care delivery (via Oludent Health International)
FDI, job creation, and local manufacturing pathways (through 360Disruption’s GCC–Africa bridge)
This is not just innovation.
This is economic inclusion, health equity, and capacity building — delivered through partnerships that align with global development goals (SDG-3, SDG-8, SDG-9, AU Agenda 2063, Vision 2031, Vision 2030).
Foundations are essential in this ecosystem:
You enable the transition from promise to proof, from pilot to national implementation — ensuring no community is left behind in the future of healthcare.
💬 “Innovation should serve people — not the other way around.”
— Anjo de Heus, Founder of 360Disruption

Impact Partnerships & Foundations
Building Scalable Diagnostic Access, Local Manufacturing, and Health Equity Across Africa
Millions across Africa lack access to early diagnosis — the doorway to treatment, prevention, and life-saving care. At 360Disruption, we are committed to changing that by helping nations build self-sufficient diagnostic ecosystems, powered by saliva-based molecular and protein testing technologies from Oasis Diagnostics.
We work with governments, global foundations, development partners, and innovators to bring diagnostics directly into communities — while building local manufacturing capacity that creates jobs, strengthens economies, and reduces dependency on imported medical consumables.
This is not consultancy.
This is execution for national impact.

Our Mission
To democratize early disease detection across Africa through scalable saliva diagnostics, telehealth integration, and local manufacturing powered by FDI — ensuring every community, from major cities to remote villages, gains access to timely, affordable, and non-invasive testing.

What We Do With Foundations
1. Expand Access to Diagnostics
We deploy saliva-based molecular and protein testing technologies in underserved regions where traditional blood-based diagnostics are difficult or impossible to access.
2. Build Local Manufacturing Hubs
Working with free zones and ministries, we establish assembly and production sites for diagnostic devices, creating skilled jobs and keeping healthcare spending inside the country.
3. Strengthen Public Health Systems
We support Ministries of Health with logistics, screening strategies, data systems, community health worker deployment, and scalable national rollouts.
4. Integrate Telehealth & Digital Care
With partners like Oludent Health International, we connect diagnostics to real medical follow-up — consultations, referrals, and care pathways.
5. Enable Sustainable FDI Models
We align health impact with economic development by structuring foreign direct investment to support local industry growth, job creation, and technology transfer.

The Story of How Three Very Different People Aligned for One Mission
Sometimes the most important missions don’t begin with a plan —
they begin with people.
A scientist in the United States, quietly perfecting saliva-based molecular diagnostics for nearly two decades.
Focused, meticulous, visionary — but frustrated that cutting-edge technology often never reaches the people who need it most.
A clinician and digital-health pioneer, building telehealth and diagnostic workflows that could reach patients anywhere.
A problem-solver, a systems builder — someone who has seen too many preventable conditions escalate simply because the right test was not available in time.
And a cross-continental strategist, moving between the UAE, Africa, and the United States.
An ecosystem builder determined to solve structural problems — not with theory, but with execution, partnerships, FDI pathways, and national-scale deployment.
Three people.
Three worlds.
Three disciplines that rarely meet.
Yet somehow, all three collided around a single truth:
Africa cannot rise without diagnostics.
Not when the continent carries 24% of the global disease burden but has 1% of diagnostic capacity.
Not when preventable diseases go undetected simply because testing is out of reach.
They realized something else:
A scientist alone cannot fix this.
A clinician alone cannot fix this.
A strategist alone cannot fix this.
But together? They can build a continental pathway.
And that is how Oasis Diagnostics, Oludent Health, and 360Disruption became one aligned engine —
technology + clinical workflow + execution.
Three completely different people,
from different continents,
with different backgrounds,
who saw the same problem
and chose to do something about it.
And This Story Is Still Being Written.
Because if three people can find each other —
across oceans, cultures, industries, and time zones —
then more can join the mission.
360Uncover is not a closed group.
It is a growing movement.
We are actively looking for:
-
Diagnostics innovators
-
Medical device creators
-
AI + healthtech pioneers
-
Local African partners
-
Ministries and national programs
-
NGOs and philanthropic organizations
-
Investors who want measurable, national-scale impact
If you share the belief that every person deserves access to early detection,
then you belong in this story.
Because Africa doesn’t need another pilot.
Africa needs a platform.
A coalition.
A continental execution engine.
And that begins with people —
just like the three who started this journey.
